Pepito Rafon Zantua Jr. – OSP Engineer and Site Supervisor
Pepito Rafon Zantua Jr is an Outside Plant Engineer (OSP) and Site Supervisor at Oxaio Networks. Mr. Zantua has over 20 years of experience in site inspection and engineering within the telecom sector and he is responsible for the OSP underground and aerial installation during Oxaio Networks day to day activity. Mr. Zantua also assist and lead the OSP engineering efforts for the various network designs.
Prior to working at Oxaio Networks, Mr. Zantua held the same position at QROi Limited where he also supervised fiber optic cable pulling in sub ducts from manhole to manhole, hand hole to fiber box and fiber blowing and fusion splicing.
Mr. Zantua worked at Mergerlink Builders Corporation as a VP of Operations and Implementation where he conducted joint surveys and assisted for the preparation for engineering, drawings and designs. He also led the preparation and submission of TSSR for GSM reports.
Previously, Mr. Zantua was a QA/QC Engineer at ELTEL Networks. Prior to ELTEL Networks he held several post as a Civil Engineer/CME Supervisor and Outside Plant, CME Supervisor. He was also responsible for Site Acquisition, Senior Project Management and Civil Works Engineering in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Mr. Zantua was educated at the University of Nueva Caceres, Naga City where he completed his degree in Civil Engineering.
Edgardo C. Feeney – Project Design Engineer
Edgardo C. Feeney is a Project Design Engineer at Oxaio Networks. Prior to joining Oxaio Networks, he was an OSP Project Engineer at QROi Limited where he managed the development of technical drawings, documents, processes, and specifications to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency for all technical engineering activities.
Prior to QROi Limited, Mr. Feeney worked as a Manager at Gendiesel Philippines. His responsibilities included sales management of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, (e.g., Cebu, Bohol, Samar, and Leyte). He also ensured consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of the sales personnel.
In 2011, Mr. Feeney acted as a OSP Planning and Design Engineering Manager at Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. While at Huawei he was responsible for the planning and designing of the fundamental optical network including engineering detailed plans, single line diagrams, and other relevant design drawings with various topologies and architectures.
Alyona Lagan – Site Acquisition and Permitting Expert
Alyona Lagan is a Site Acquisition and Permitting Expert at Oxaio Networks. Prior to joining Oxaio Networks, Mrs. Lagan worked at QROi Limited as a Right of Way Administrator in OSP Fiber Optics Projects.
As a ROW Administrator, she is responsible for defining project goals and objectives while serving as the single point of contact for high performance teams, stakeholders and executive management. Mrs Lagan is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget while driving efficiency to achieve business objectives. Mrs. Lagans position involves facilitating the connection of power, and resolving all SA issues in a high-level management role.
Prior to joining QROi Limited, Mrs. Lagan was a Manager of Site Acquisition at OZONE LTD where she worked for developing site acquisition strategies to ensure rapid progress of projects.
Roger A. Cudala Jr. – Project Controller
Roger A. Cudala Jr. is working at Oxaio Networks, as a Project Controller. Prior to joining Oxaio Networks he worked at QROi Limited as a PMO Progress Controller where, he was responsible for the Progress Control Management of various projects and he has over 10 years of telecoms experience in Progress Control Management supporting the PMO Head and Project Managers in the monitoring and reporting of daily activities including overseeing the supervisors in their daily tasks.
Mr. Cudala has been responsible at QROi Limited as a Coordinator to manage and monitor daily forecasts, aligning the forecasts to the committed schedule. Mr. Cudala also manages difficulties affecting a project’s progress.
Mr. Cudala handles progress meetings with vendors on a weekly basis and assists the PMO Head in the executive meeting preparation.
Soe Myat Thu – Executive Assistance
Miss Myat Thu is working at Oxaio Networks as an Executive Assistant, where she is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks for the CEO that includes: managing calendar appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondences, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, as well as being responsible for research, and follow-ups on incoming issues with a problem solving mindset.
Prior to joining to Oxaio Networks, Miss Myat Thu was a Project Control Engineer at QROi Ltd where she managed overall project control, implementation and assisted weekly progress reports with the vendors. Prior to this, she worked at Huawei as an OSP Project Coordinator, where she developed the progress of documentation. Miss Myat Thu has an Honor Star achievement award for OSP Projects from when she worked at Huawei. She was educated at West Yangon Technological University, where she completed her degree in Information Technology Engineering.
Yan Naing Aung – OSP Supervisor
Yan Naing Aung is working as a OSP Supervisor at Oxaio Networks. Prior to joining Oxaio Networks he was a OSP Supervisor at QROi Ltd, where he was responsible for on-site quality audits. Mr. Aung supervises EHS, engineering and performs site surveys, ensures that site implement quality is up to standard.
Prior to joining QROi Ltd, Mr. Aung was an OSP Project Engineer at Huawei in Yangon, Myanmar where he monitored splicing, termination, and performed fiber testing.
In 2013, Mr. Aung worked at Nexus Network Co. Limited as a Site Supervisor after which he joined Kinetic Myanmar Co. Limited as a Site Engineer. Mr. Aung was educated at the Government Technological College in Electronics and Communications.
